Merchandise Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned in new, resellable condition in the original product packaging.  Please do not mark on or put any labels on the original product packaging.  The product and packaging must be in new, undamaged, resellable condition.
  • All Returns must have the RMA # written on the box to be accepted.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  
  • If you need a replacement part right away we will charge you for the item, but we will credit you upon receiving and processing the returned item
  • No Returns over 30 days from the original invoice date will be accepted. Once your RMA has been issued, it will expire if the part is not returned to us within 14 days.
  • ScootsUSA reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or during return shipping
  • We cannot accept returns for merchandise damaged during shipping to the customer. If you happen to receive damaged product from the freight carrier, save all packaging materials and call or email us immediately in order to get the claim process started
  • The following items are not acceptable for return: All High-Performance Parts, Electrical Items (Battery Chargers, Controllers, CDIs, Regulators, etc.), Items purchased through any other marketplace other than, Tools, Engines, Special Orders, Manuals, Books, Oils/Chemicals (consumables) or any Used or previously Installed Parts
  • In the rare event you receive an item that is not as described in the item’s specifications or it is missing an integral part that was itemized in the description, we will either exchange the item for one that meets your needs or provide you with a full refund (incl. shipping, we will provide a return label) upon request, provided all the other return guidelines are followed.

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of Seller error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
