How soon will you ship my order?
All orders received on business days prior to 2pm EST will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day.
You will be sent a tracking number for your order via email usually within 12 hours of shipment so you can see which carrier is used and the estimated date of arrival.
What is your return policy?
Real easy! Within 30 days of the order, the item must be in brand-new condition, completely free from any signs of use or wear. It should not have been installed, and there should be no scratches, damage, or alterations to its original state. It is crucial to include the item in its original product box. This encompasses any accompanying accessories, manuals, or components that were initially provided with the item.
Additionally, we require the item to be returned in the original box in which it was shipped. This ensures safe transportation and safeguards the item against potential damage during the return process.

What is the warranty period of your products?
Stock Parts: Are under warranty for 30 days from manufacturers defects with the following exceptions. Electric scooter controllers are not under warranty or returnable due to the nature of electronics and the potential for damage during installation.
Performance Parts: We do not warranty any of these items or sell/approve for street use. Performance items come with the original manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects.
Tools: We do not warranty tools.
Manufacturer Warranties: After the ScootsUSA.com 30 day standard warranty period, ScootsUSA.com is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred on valid manufacturer warranty claims; the customer assumes full shipping responsibility.
Manuals and Books: We do not warranty any manuals, books or publications of any kind.
Engines: ScootsUSA.com has a no-return policy on all engines, barring manufacture defect or shipping damage.

No, we only provide online store to purchase our products.
